Accommodation Options
Island hopping
The Galapagos offers a range of accommodation options to suit different budgets and travel styles. All hotels and lodges are concentrated on the four inhabited islands: Santa Cruz, San Cristóbal, Isabela, and Floreana.
As a general guide, budget accommodation (hostels and simple guesthouses) typically runs $30–60 per night, mid-range hotels $80–180 per night, and upscale boutique properties $200–400+ per night.
You can book accomodation through the usual channels with no issue, i.e.: Booking.com, Expedia.com, etc
Dining follows a similar spread - local comedores and casual spots cost $5–10 per meal, while sit-down restaurants aimed at tourists range from $15–45 per person.

Typical costs:
- Budget class: $200-400/person/day
- First class: $500–1000/person/day
- Luxury/expedition: $1,000+/person/day
Cruise lengths: Most common options are 5, 7, or 8 days.
